Orthodox Christian Fellowship (OCF) Announces New Development Director
Fishers, IN – February 9, 2009
With the blessings of His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Denver, Overseer of Orthodox Christian Fellowship (OCF), the official collegiate campus ministry of the Standing Conference of the Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA) announces the hiring of Presvytera Shyla Hadzellis as the new Development Director. Presvytera Shyla replaces Chip Southworth, who has served in the position since 2007.
Presvytera Shyla holds a Masters degree in Business Management fromOklahoma City University and gained fundraising experience working for the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Recently she worked for Elderhostel as Business Operations Specialist in Boston, MA.
She is originally from Oklahoma and resides in Houston, Texas with her husband, Father Nicholas Hadzellis, Assistant Priest of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral and their two daughters. Presvytera Shyla serves as a committee chair for the National Sisterhood of Presvyteras and a member of the Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society.
