OCF Hires New Staff 

Fishers, IN – March 2, 2009

Orthodox Christian Fellowship (OCF), the official collegiate campus ministry of the Standing Conference of the Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Nick Lionas as the new Business Coordinator. Mr. Lionas will replace Kelli Phillips who has served in this position since 2008.

Nick Lionas is originally from Rochester, Michigan. He currently attends Michigan State University where he will earn a bachelor’s degree in Communications in May 2009.  Mr. Lionas has participated in the Metropolis of Detroit Summer Camp for 15 years where he served as Program Director and Orthodox Life Director.

Orthodox Christian Fellowship is also pleased to announce the promotion of Kelli Phillips as the new Program Director.  “Ms. Phillips has been an invaluable asset to OCF and we are delighted she accepted this new role,” remarks Fr. Kevin Scherer, Executive Director of OCF. Ms. Phillips is originally from Carmel, Indiana. Prior to working for OCF she owned Kelli Phillips Music Studios for nine years. She will replace Ms. Veronica Pruim who has been with Orthodox Christian Fellowship for over three years. Ms. Pruim will be moving overseas with her lovely family.
