Payments
If you have made your payment in full, then your registration is complete. If you have only paid the deposit, your remaining balance will need to be paid by the first day of the conference. If you are requesting a scholarship, you will be notified regarding the status of your request as soon as it is processed by your respective jurisdiction and then you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
If necessary, please bring the remaining balance to the conference in the form of a check, money order, cash or credit card. To update your registration details or transportation information, please sign in to your OCF Events account from the OCF website and click on "My Events" under the User Menu or email programs@ocf.net.

Scholarships
Several jurisdictions offer scholarship assistance. Scholarships are awarded on a first come - first serve basis. If you are selected to receive a scholarship, you will be notified.

Medical and Insurance Information Form & Liability Release Form
Please bring a completed Medical and Insurance Information form and signed OCF College Conference Liability Release form with you to the conference. You will not be admitted without them. Please print and fill them out fully.

Transportation Details: College Conference West
By Plane: If you plan on flying into LAX Airport, your flight will need to arrive prior to 12pm on Tuesday, December 27. The airport shuttle from the LAX Airport to the St. Nicholas Ranch will leave the airport promptly at 1pm. Please sign-in to your OCF Events Account and enter your flight information by December 15. We cannot guarantee transportation to the Ranch if we do not receive your flight information by December 15. For departing the Ranch on December 30, please plan to leave LAX airport no earlier than 3pm.
If you are flying in to the Fresno Airport, you must arrive by 1pm on Tuesday, December 27. Please sign-in to your OCF Events Account and enter your flight information by December 15. We cannot guarantee transportation to the Ranch if we do not receive your transportation information by December 15. For departing on December 30, please plan to leave no earlier than 12pm.
By Car: If you are driving to the Ranch, you will need to arrive no later than 6pm
on Tuesday, December 27. The conference will conclude at noon on
December 30.

Transportation Details: College Conference East
By Plane: If you plan on flying into Pittsburgh Int'l Airport, your flight will need to arrive prior to 3pm on Wednesday, December 28. The airport shuttle to the Village will leave promptly at 4pm. Students will gather at the car rental kiosks to load buses. Please sign-in to your OCF Events Account and enter your flight information by December 15. We cannot guarantee transportation to the Village if we do not receive your flight information by December 15. For departure on December 31, please book your flight to leave no earlier than 4pm.
By Train or Bus: If you are taking Amtrak you should arrive into Johnstown, PA and there will be only one train that day. If you are taking the Greyhound Bus (into Pittsburgh), you must arrive by 2pm on Wednesday, December 28. Please sign-in to your OCF Events Account and enter your train or bus information by December 15. We cannot guarantee transportation to the Village if we do not receive your transportation information by December 15. For departure on December 31, please book your travel to leave no earlier than 5pm.
By Car: If you are driving to the Village, you will need to arrive no later than 6pm on Wednesday, December 28. The conference will conclude at noon on December 31.

Transportation Details: College Conference South
By Plane: If you plan on flying into Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, your flight will need to arrive prior to 2PM on Wednesday, December 28. Rides to the Diakonia Center will leave promptly at 2:30PM. Please sign-in to your OCF Events Account and enter your flight information by December 15. We cannot guarantee transportation to the Diakonia Center if we do not receive your flight information by December 15. For departing the Diakonia Center on December 31, please plan to leave Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport no earlier than 4PM.
If you plan on flying into Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, your flight will need to arrive prior to 3:15PM on Wednesday, December 28. Rides to the Diakonia Center will leave promptly at 3:45PM. Please sign-in to your OCF Events Account and enter your flight information by December 15. We cannot guarantee transportation to the Diakonia Center if we do not receive your flight information by December 15. For departing the Diakonia Center on December 31, please plan to leave Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport no earlier than 3PM.
By Car: If you are driving to the Diakonia Center, you will need to arrive no later than 6pm on Wednesday, December 28. The conference will conclude at 10:30am on December 31.
