Cost : $1,200.00
This cost includes the transportation, lodging, meals, materials and sightseeing; however, it does not include the domestic flight to and from Boston (BOS). If you fundraise over the trip cost, OCF will reimburse your domestic flight up to the overage amount fundraised.
Transportation: Each participant will be responsible for making their own domestic travel arrangements and e-mailing this information to realbreak@ocf.net. The international flight to Guatemala will leave Boston Logan (BOS) at 11:40 AM on March 19, 2011 and will return to Boston Logan (BOS) at 9:40 PM on March 26, 2011. Please book your flight to Boston, MA (MA) on March 19, 2011 by 8:00 AM and out of BOS on March 26, 2010 after 10:30 PM. Because the flight on March 26 is so late arriving into Boston, for those of you outside of Boston, you may need to stay the evening and depart on March 27. The OCF Office will book your international flight to and from Guatemala.
If your domestic flight does not arrive in time to catch the international flight, OCF is not responsible for your flight arrangements.
We will fly to Guatemala as a group and be met by the staff of the Hogar at the 'La Aurora International Airport' in Guatemala City, which is located fifteen minutes from the Hogar.
