We are are all called to be stewards of the Church, and there is no better example among young people today than Peter Simko. Pete, who often works without great acknowledgment, has selflessly contributed his talents for several years, and OCF would like to take the time to formally recognize and show appreciation for his efforts.
With a truly blessed gift and eye for graphic design, Pete has provided numerous designs for OCF from fliers, posters, letterhead, and even Real Break shirts. He always holds his work to a professional standard and is not satisfied until it meets the requested specifications. With an uncommon humility for someone his age, he sternly refuses compensation for his contributions, even when setting aside time for them can be inconvenient when working as a full-time engineer.
Let us be inspired by Pete’s example and remember that nothing in OCF gets done without the talent and sacrifice of those who wish to do the Will of God and serve His Holy Church.
